1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
crust of 40 bread slices
Chop the crusts into small pieces and place into a large bowl. Put oil and garlic in a cup and microwave for 20seconds. Pour oil mixture over crusts and mix well. Place on a baking tray with non stick paper and pepper all around. Place into a hot oven at 175C for 5 or 10 minutes depending on the oven. You must keep an eye on them so that they don't burn. Take them out when golden in color. This bunch could have stayed in there for another minute or so.
These are so delicious! You can put them in your salad or eat as they are! Store in an airtight container.
