Who says you need a lot of expensive materials to create fun crafts? Last week we did potato stamping, here's another great craft you can easily do by raiding your pantry.
What you'll need?
Pasta shapes with hole (we used penne and shells)
Ribbon or thread
Give your children a handful of pasta pieces of different shapes. Let them paint the various pasta shapes whatever color they like.
Allow the pasta to dry completely and have the kids thread the pieces to create a necklace or bracelet.
This is such a simple craft and it leaves a great memento. What you're left with is a wonderful pasta necklace.
The great thing about it is that every time you make it you'll have something new and different. Its great practice for fine motor skills and it will be your child's pride and joy.
We appreciate comments! As a thanks, this is a do-follow blog.
